Steak nacho burrito from Baja Fresh on SW Cedar Hills Blvd. Beaverton, OR.

This particular burrito surprised me. The steak was well-made and there was no connective tissue in there, which is why I avoid asada at many places. It sucks to dig into steak and get a hunk of chewy tendon. The nacho sauce added a nice flavor and was well-integrated. It didn’t taste like movie theater nacho cheese, but a nice cheese sauce. A successful burrito.
