With the right conversation options you can make anyone love you…
Day 29, #35.
Regular asada burrito from The Iron Cactus on 4th Street. San Francisco, CA.
Not a bad option when there’s nothing else around. Above Taco Bell on the burritometer.
Day 28, #34.
Regular grilled chicken burrito from Taquerias El Farolito on Grand Avenue. South San Francisco, CA.
A rare burrito – lots of dark meat! I’m not complaining.
Day 27, #33.
Regular lengua burrito from El Norteño Taco Truck on Bryant Street. San Francisco, CA.
#22 – lengua burrito, on the occasion of the release of Grim Fandango Remastered. ¡Orale carnal!
Day 26, #32.
Steak cantina burrito from Taco Bell on Airport Boulevard. South San Francisco, CA.
A tortilla with a bit of crisp to it is always preferred over soggy steam tortillas.
Day 26, #31.
Ham breakfast burrito from Latte Express on Bluxome Street. San Francisco, CA.
That line about a moment in time from Blade Runner is a good line, and it comes back to me often.
Day 25, #30.
Regular pollo asado burrito from Dos Piñas on Rhode Island Street. San Francisco, CA.
I walked long and far for this burrito.
Day 24, #29.
(The remains of a) Regular ground beef burrito from Chavo’s on Bryant Street. San Francisco, CA.
I’m done with this place. They do not know how to construct a burrito. Their meat selections all sit in sauces, and as we all know, moisture dooms a burrito before the first bite.
I was so distracted by the rapid deterioration that I forgot to take a photo in its burrito state.
Day 23, #28.
Chorizo breakfast burrito from El Charrito on Holly Street. Redwood City, CA.
Learned my lesson. I let this one cool off on the train ride to work before I dove in. It was perfect.
