Three days of burritos passes by so quickly. But you know, that’s just life man. You live it one burrito at a time and worry about things later.

Asada and fries burrito from Taco del Sol on SW Pacific Highway. Tigard, OR.
The winner of my favorite fries & asada combo around here! Officially dubbed the Burrito Del Sol, it just barely edged out the Oregon Burrito from Muchas Gracias. It had greater volume, more thorough mixing of the ingredients, and the softer fries just work really well in this preparation.

Steak burrito from Aprisa on SE 8th Ave. Portland, OR.
Holy moly, THAT is steak. It’s the kind of flavorful asada you get from a backyard grill. They also brand their logo on every single thing they sell so it’s clear where it came from.

Asada and fries burrito from Muchas Gracias on SW Nimbus Avenue. Beaverton, OR.
The third and final asada/fries combo. I’ll have to take a day to think about it.
