Day 61, #74.
Chorizo burrito from El Faro on El Camino Real. South San Francisco, CA.
Burritos are joy, but I will admit to relieving stress via burrito from time to time.
Day 61, #73.
Carnitas burrito from Victor’s on Townsend Street. San Francisco, CA.
A surprise lunch with someone from out of town means more burritos.
Day 61, #72.
Ham breakfast burrito from Latte Express on Bluxome Street. San Francisco, CA.
I’ve heard about your Papalotes and El Cancuns, but parking around those restaurants is nuts. We’ll have to take the train and make day trip of it, someday.
Day 60, #71.
Ham breakfast burrito from Latte Express on Bluxome Street. San Francisco, CA.
Though I’d try other breakfast burritos in the area if they opened early enough.

I can walk in here and they immediately know my order. I have arrived.
Day 58, #69.
Grilled chicken burrito from El Grullense on Middlefield Road. Redwood City, CA.
I know it’s only been two months of daily burritos, but this remains at the top of my favorites. It’s just got great flavor, good moist/dry balance, and they grill the tortillas for extra crispness! Most places just steam the tortillas into bland submission.
Day 57, #68.
Grilled chicken burrito from Guadalajara Grill on Laurie Meadows Drive. San Mateo, CA.
Way behind on posts, but never behind on burritos.
Day 56, #67.
Chorizo burrito from Guadalajara Grill on Laurie Meadows Drive. San Mateo, CA.
Chorizo is a lot like al pastor. It can be too greasy, and that ruins a burrito right quick. This was a nice surprise. The construction was solid, the chorizo good and dry. Chorizo is still too salty to eat in a burrito every day, but it’s certainly more flavorful than my usual grilled chicken fare.

Day 55, #66.
Ham breakfast burrito from Latte Express on Bluxome Street. San Francisco, CA.
Do you remember your time as a child, when certain foods were limited to certain times of day?
