3×02: Flashback is so funny because Janeway is clearly having the best time of her life observing Tuvok’s memories from inside his mind, and like it’s so funny how she keeps leaning in and staring at people while they talk, since they can’t see her, but like… imagine being other actors in that scene… just trying to deliver your lines while Kate Mulgrew stares directly at you, smirking
